Michael has been an agency owner with American Family since the beginning of 2024. Prior to coming to American Family, Michael spent 17 years at Walgreens company as a District Manager of Pharmacy and Retail Operations. Michael's insurance background in prescription insurance, customer service, and business management skills is what led his desire to start an agency with American Family.
