Kristin has worked in insurance for several years. She joined American Family after graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Originally from Lake Havasu City, she finds pleasure in visiting her hometown in the summer and boating with her family on the Colorado River.

Shannon transitioned from the landscapes of North Idaho to the vibrant desert of Arizona two years ago. She enjoys paddle boarding and camping at the Salt River with her husband and daughter, creating cherished family traditions. With a strong passion for customer service, Shannon excels in connecting with others and making a positive impact, bringing enthusiasm and warmth to every interaction.
